Special General Meeting: 28 October 2021
Please note that we will be holding our Special General meeting on Thursday the 28th of October 2021 at 18h30 to finalise the rule change proposals and approve honorary life members. This will be a virtual AGM due to COVID restrictions.

Members need to send their votes in to their Clubs by 16h00 on 15th October 2021. Clubs will then collate all votes received and send to their Provincial President / Secretary or Administrator by 16h00 on 20th October 2021. All Provinces will then prepare a mandate to vote at the SGM.
