To register as a Club with us for 2024, please see below the application form and POPI Act form, kindly complete and return together with the following documents :
- Signed Club Constitution
- Confirmation of Bank Account
- Audited / Independently reviewed financial statements
- Copy of minutes of last AGM
- Copy of ID of Authorised Person
