What has changed?
Sale, dispensing of alcohol at venues hosting sporting events
- The sale of liquor for on- or off-site consumption is permitted during licensed trading hours, subject to the laws governing such licenses.
- The consumption of liquor in public spaces, except in licensed on-site consumption premises, is not permitted.
- The consumption of liquor in contravention of sub-regulation (2) is an offence.
