Important Update: 2026 Provincial & National Rankings

 
Please note that starting in 2026, the provincial and national rankings will be split into two separate categories:

• Technical Ranking
• Freestyle Ranking

Rankings are calculated per rider/horse combination, within each grade and age group.

🔹 Technical Ranking

The Technical Ranking Index for a rider/horse combination is based on the best 6 scores earned over the past 12 months, divided by 6.

If fewer than 6 valid scores are available, the total will still be divided by 6, which may result in a lower Ranking Index than the average percentage score.

🔹 Freestyle Ranking

The Freestyle Ranking Index for a rider/horse combination is based on the best 3 scores earned over the past 12 months, divided by 3.

If you have fewer than 3 qualifying scores, the total will still be divided by 3, potentially lowering the resulting index compared to your actual average.
