Application Forms for Coaches for relief during COVID-19
Please find attached communication received from SRSA at 13:00 today, regarding relief application for members whose sole income is derived from coaching only.
Please take note that all applicants’ tax returns MUST be up to date with SARS.
Please forward these documents to all equestrian coaches you know who would qualify for this relief.
The cut off date for submission is the 6th of April 2020, this coming Monday, so there is not a lot of time to get your applications in.
All applications to be sent to sg@saef.org.za and admin@saef.org.za
We will submit all correctly completed applications to SRSA.
NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
