SAEF Registration Database
“In light of the recent changes within the SAEF, the SAEF have resolved to terminate the use of the EMS registration system, operating off the Horse Sport SA platform, which we refer to as the SAEF database. All SAEF and AHS levies must now be paid directly to your primary discipline – this payment will be replacing the current SAEF registration process with immediate effect. currently in place. The SAEF database has been in use by the organisation since January 2015, and was provided to it at no charge, by Quadrat Plan CC, the proprietor of the EMS system, at a time when the SAEF urgently required it. The SAEF database was needed in order for athletes, riders, administrators, officials and/or individuals otherwise involved in equestrian sport, to register their personal information, and that of their horses/ponies, with the SAEF at the time.
