GAUTENG PROVINCIAL DRESSAGE COMMITTEE

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO:

  • CONSIDER AND/OR ADOPT PROVINCIAL DRESSAGE CONSTITUTION FOR GAUTENG; and
  • ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

Notice is hereby given to all members of DSA within the Gauteng province that an annual general meeting will be held on the 29th October 2015, at the Kyalami Park Club House, Kyalami, at 18h30 for purposes of the election of the following office bearers to the Gauteng Provincial Dressage Committee:

*         President

*        Vice-President

*          Treasurer

*        Secretary

* Portfolio holders: Technical Portfolio; Judges’ and Officials; Finance and Administration Portfolio; International Affairs; Venue and Schedules; Marketing and Advertising; Liaison, Public Relations and Communications.

The following are attached to this Notice:

Provisional Agenda for the Meeting

  1. The above nominations should be submitted on or before 22nd October 2015 after which a list of nominees will be issued.
