Notice: Annual General Meeting of Dressage SA
Notice is hereby given to the members that the Annual General Meeting of Dressage SA will be held on Monday the 9th of May 2022 at 18h30. This will be a virtual AGM due to COVID restrictions.
We would like to extend an invitation to you to please assist in contributing to our National Council as a portfolio holder.
The vacant portfolios that we need to fill are:
- Liaison, Public Relations and Communication (to assist us in being better communicators to our members and all other stakeholders).
- Marketing and Advertising (to assist us in developing a better sponsorship strategy and also to assist in promoting our events, development initiatives and brand building).
- Venue and Schedules (ensure the very best and unified standards to be applied to various types of competition, overseeing the management of national events and setting calendar commitments at commencement of each year). This portfolio will be assisted by a specialist volunteer who has been managing the portfolio for a number of years and understands the tasks in great detail.
- Para-Dressage (this portfolio requires a volunteer with a large amount of passion and with a determination to make positive decisions which will help us relaunch this vital component of our sport in a meaningful way. Detailed knowledge of this specific sport code is not essential).
- Finance and Administration (to assist us with a with compliance and governance procedures etc.).
Please consider volunteering yourself or forwarding a nomination form for someone that you think would be helpful to our Council to your Club by 16h00 on the 31st March 2022.
