NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO:

1. CONSIDER AND/OR ADOPT PROVINCIAL DRESSAGE CONSTITUTION FOR THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE; and
2. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

Notice is hereby given to the Presidents of all Dressage South Africa (“DSA”) affiliated Clubs within the Eastern Cape province that an annual general meeting will be held on the 17^th of October in Port Elizabeth, (Venue to be confirmed) for purposes of the adoption of an Eastern Cape Provincial Dressage Constitution; and the election of the following office bearers to the Eastern Cape Provincial Dressage Committee:

• President
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Portfolio holders: Technical Portfolio; Judges’ and Officials; Finance and Administration Portfolio; International Affairs; Venue and Schedules; Marketing and Advertising; Liaison, Public Relations and Communications.

The following are attached to this Notice:

1. Provisional Agenda for the Meeting
2. Draft Provincial Constitution
3. Nomination forms

The above nominations should be submitted on or before 15 October, 2015, after which a list of nominees will issue.

Kindly ensure that you have mandates from your members as to your votes at the meeting.
