Notice: Special General Meeting

Please note that we will be holding a Special General Meeting on 29 August 2024 at 18h30 via Teams to ratify the following:

1.           Appointment of the Auditors for the 2024 financial year – ratify the appointment of Nolands Jhb as the auditors for the 2024 financial year.

2.         Appointment of Executive Committee Members – ratify the appointment of Dianne Smith (President), Suzanne Horne (Vice President), Carol Oberem (Treasurer), Adriaan van                       Wyk (Athletes Representative), Belinda Sandwith (KZN President), Elana Hopkins (WC President) and Angie Meredith (GP President) as members of the EXCO Committee.

3.        Adult National Team Competitions at the SA Championships 2024

            3.1   Open Team – ratify that team horses will be graded from Advanced to Big Tour.

           3.2   Open Team Test – ratify that team test to be ridden will be DSA Advanced (Fourth Level) Test 2 (2024).

           3.3    Additional Teams 

3.3.1  Prelim – ratify that this level be added as an additional team event.

3.3.2  Medium – ratify that this level be added as an additional team event.

           3.4    Prelim, Novice, Elementary and Medium Team Members – ratify that these teams will consist of three riders per team with one dropped score.
