EASTERN CAPE PROVINCIAL DRESSAGE COMMITTEE _________________________________________________________________________ NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO: CONSIDER AND/OR ADOPT PROVINCIAL DRESSAGE CONSTITUTION FOR THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE; and ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS ________________________________________________________________________ Notice is hereby given to the Presidents of all Dressage South Africa (“DSA”) affiliated Clubs within the Eastern Cape province that an annual general meeting will be held on the 17th of October in Port Elizabeth, (Venue to be confirmed) for purposes of the adoption of an Eastern Cape Provincial Dressage Constitution; and the election of the following office bearers to the Eastern Cape Provincial Dressage Committee: President Vice-President Treasurer Secretary Portfolio holders: Technical Portfolio; Judges’ and Officials; Finance and Administration Portfolio; International Affairs; Venue and Schedules; Marketing and Advertising; Liaison, Public Relations and Communications.
